How I Found a Modest Wedding Dress

By: Kristen Clark and Bethany Beal

I (Bethany) got married 3 months ago. Finding a fashionable and modest wedding dress was a high priority for me. However, glorifying God in every aspect of my wedding ceremony was also an important focus for Dave and me.

I wanted to LOVE my dress, but I didn’t want to compromise my convictions in the process. After a quick trip to Houston, I ended up finding a dress that I LOVED in every way!!

As you think about getting married someday, watch this video to gain a bigger picture for your wedding day…including everything down to the dress.

“What we are aiming for in the worship service of a wedding is to demonstrate the glory of God in the coming together of a man and a woman in purity, in monogamy, and in faithfulness before God; to be obedient to His commands and to receive all the goods and the gifts that are involved in the covenant of marriage.” -Albert Mohler

I can’t find a link to the video. I’ve clicked on the picture and both places where it says ‘WATCH VIDEO’ and nothing’s worked. Is it just my device?? Sorry, I’m not very good with technology and am not entirely sure what’s happening.

I love your wedding dress! Finding modest, yet beautiful wedding dresses is getting hard! Love you guys!

  4. Damon Snelling says:

Satan’s demons love it that so many Christian ladies including brides show their cleavage at their weddings which of course is immoral. Showing cleavage in church does not show love and respect for God. Its too bad that so many ladies wear wedding dresses that are immodest that displays their cleavage instead of covering it.
